WEAKNESSES: Willemina has many weaknesses in her character. She is often unwilling to listen to what others have to say and often believes that she is always right. She doesn't always make right decisions since she only thinks how decisions will effect herself. She is a bully and will tease and ridicule most people she comes into contact with just for fun. She also has a weakness for girls and will go out of her way to impress them.
STRENGTHS: One might think Willemina has no strengths when it comes to her personality, but that is far from the truth. She refuses to tolerate any kind of foolishness in situations and will call a person out for doing something wrong. She won't keep quiet if she feels like someone is doing a great injustice to her of anyone that she considers a friend. She will stand up for those who have the patience to get along with her.

She is very outgoing and fearless to try just about anything. She's the kind of person who would talk loudly and unpleasantly about someone to a person even if the person she was speaking ill of was near her. If she hates you, she will tell you exactly why and come up with a rude nickname that will haunt you for the rest of your life. She absolutely loves to embarrass people in social situations and given the opportunity, she won't pass it up. She tends to over-dramatize things and uses lots of hand gestures.
If you notice her start to get close to you and she seems to be more open and understanding, don't be fooled. She's smart enough to shut her mouth to find out out valuable information about you, your loved ones, your problems, your pets or anything else she might think will be good to use against you in the future.

BACKGROUND: Willemina grew up in Canada with two brothers and a step-sister with her foster parents. She was abandoned soon after she was born with her brothers in a local hospital. She loves her foster parents, but they can't take the place of the parents that she often wonders about.
In elementary school, she was heavily teased by all the children for being poor. She couldn't afford fancy lunches like the other kids and all of the dresses she wore were hand-me-downs from her step-sister. She was especially teased by the boys who would tell her she wasn't pretty and would never have a boyfriend. By middle school, she grew tired of crying everyday and began to bully the kids back. She got into fights constantly and developed a very cruel personality.
Her home life wasn't doing that well, either. She constantly got into fights with her step-sister since they're personalities clashed. Her step-sister liked to go out drinking and partying until all hours of the morning and would drive home drunk all the time. These fights often resulted in cuts and broken bones.
Willemina grew lonely without any friends. At the age of 14, a young elementary school girl named Katie warmed up to her and eventually, with enough persistence, they became friends. Willemina would play with Katie all day. She didn't care that they played childish things like house or that they had tea parties together, she was happy to finally have a friend. She hoped that their friendship would never end.
It was not meant to be, however.
When Willemina was 16, she was walking Katie home one night after a day of playing. As they crossed the street to Katie's house, a speeding car hit the two. Two things happened at that moment: Katie's lifeless body rolled under the car and the world around Willemina seemed to stop. The whole world turned dark and there was a sudden warmth wrapping around her. The pain she should have felt from being hit by the car was slowly fading away. She passed out shortly after. This was her first experience with the Dark Hour and her persona.
When she awoke at the hospital, she was given the news that Katie had died in the impact and that it had been her step-sister, who had been drunk, that had hit them. She succumbed to her emotions and cried. Feeling an unusual pain while she cried, she asked for a mirror. The doctors told her that they couldn't save her left eye, and that she should have been happy enough to be alive.
After this event, she began to push others away again and continued her teasing ways. However, despite that, she believes that Katie sacrificed her life so that she could gain the powers of her persona. Because of this, she vowed to only do good in the world. She is now more light-hearted despite her enjoyment in picking on people.
She transferred to Japan by hearing about SEES through word of mouth. Her Japanese is fair, but she sometimes gets confused and will fall back on English sometimes. She hopes that after high school, she will be able to stay in Japan since she likes the women here.
These days she is obsessed with guro manga, girls, and things that involve wars. When she's not wearing her school uniform (she chooses to wear a male one), she has a military style outfit that she wears. She says it makes her feel more commanding. She also loves her hats and would cry if anything ever happened to them.
